    I was then a part of a global strategy consulting firm, leading this project as a Senior Consultant. We worked with the client on two key aspects
    Corporate Strategy

    • Conducted macro and segment-level analysis to identify growth hotspots in SEA aligned with client’s core competencies and allied businesses
    • Facilitated leadership workshops to redefine long-term vision and structure regional expansion roadmaps
    Business Planning
    • Developed a granular 5-year and annual operating plan, integrating production capabilities, regional supply chains and talent strategy
    • Built scenario-based financial models integrating product investments, acquisitions and strategic partnerships

  • Key Outcomes

    This regional expansion plan was accepted and integrated into the group strategic plan with firm commitment towards headcount investments, marketing budgets and supply chain support
